DoctorSights.com is a division of Mayo Multimedia, Inc. Walt Mayo, OD  and his team have many years of both desktop and web development experience. DoctorSights.com was conceptualized and founded to bring the exciting new world of component-based, open-source content management to the profession of optometry.

Walt Mayo, OD graduated from ICO in 1985 and has practiced in Georgetown, SC for 25 years. He's spent his entire career as part of the ambulatory eye surgery center known as Coastal Eye Group, PA. During that time he's also worked tirelessly as a computer consultant, working year-round for SECO International, LLC, programming many of the congress computer applications, as well as their online CE program, among other SECO programs. Walt's also the founder of the Optcom Online Community, which has served Optometry as the oldest and most respected online community since 1994. Over 20,000 optometrists from 35+ countries world-wide have participated in Optcom over the years. Walt's also a well-known speaker and author, and in 2000 was named one of Optometric Management's Top 10 Optometrists of the Decade
